A Special Mother’s Day Sound Journey (with tea and cake after)

Dear Friends,

I’d love to invite you to a special Mother’s Day Sound Journey to celebrate all mothers.

If you are a mother, know a mother, have a mother — bring her. Bring your mum, a friend’s mum, your partner, or simply come on your own and let yourself be looked after for a while.

We’ll gather to honour and celebrate mothers, then settle into an uplifting Sound Journey, followed by tea and cakes.

If you’ve never tried a Sound Journey, this is the perfect first one: no spiritual jargon, no fuss — just a warm, quiet space, a beautifully guided hour of sound, and tea and cake at the end.
