About Jennie’s Sound Meditations
During recent years, Jennie has become increasingly interested in the use of music as medicine and the various ways in which music and sound can increase wellbeing, improve our state and reduce pain.
As part of this, Jennie is now offering Sunday Evening Relax Sessions, using a variety of instruments including gongs. All you need do is to come along, lie down on your mat or a sofa, relax and let the music do the rest.
This is a lovely way to re-centre yourself ready for the week ahead.
Please arrive 10 minutes beforehand to allow yourself to get settled. Please wear comfortable clothing.
What To Bring
– Please bring a mat (blankets, pillows, bolsters and whatever you need to be warm and comfy).
– A bottle of water.
– A friend (optional!).
Health & Suitability to Attend
– These sessions are not suitable for those with heart conditions (pacemaker), epilepsy or in their first trimester of pregnancy.
– If you are unwell or live with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19, please do not attend.
Join Jennie Muskett and Louise Mazanti for a very special gathering to welcome the New Year.
Beginning while there is still daylight and concluding after sunset, our time together will gently mirror the natural transition into the New Year - moving from light into darkness, and toward a renewed clarity.
With the fireplace blazing and a hot mug of something delicious, we will share our thoughts and dreams and explore what we might want to invite more of into our lives in the coming year - and what we may be ready to release. We then move into a guided meditation and sound journey, allowing thoughts, feelings, and inner wisdom to surface and unfold through Louise's guided meditation and Jennie’s improvised soundscape.
We will close the session by integrating the experience - arriving in a sense of clarity, peace, and readiness to step into the coming year.
We finish the evening with more delicious hot toddies.
